Pumping instructions for all pump equipped trucks.

These instructions are for basic operation of the equipment. Personnel should get clearance
before operating pumps.

Engine 1

1. Place transmission in neutral
2. Set parking brake
3. Place switch for pump in pump position
4. Open tank valve and recycle valve
5. Press mode button on the control panel twice for pressure mode
6. Set pressure for desired PSI

Engine 2

1. Place transmission in neutral
2. Set parking brake
3. Hold tank valve switch intill tank light indicates open
4. Engage the pump by placing pump handle in the down position
5. Open recycle valve on the driver side of engine
6. Use hand throttle to set desired pressure

Engine 3

1. Place transmission in neutral
2. Set parking brake
3. Set PTO switch to pump
4. Engage high gear lock up switch
5. Place transmission in drive
6. Open tank valve and recycle valve
7. Adjust throttle to desired pressure

Brush 4

1. Place truck in park
2. Open tank valve
3. Start the pump
4. Open recycle valve and adjust throttle
